Delete your data

weysail (made by Everthere Ltd) keeps your marks and settings on your phone, not on our servers. You can delete them yourself at any time, and you don't need to contact us.
Delete marks and settings
- One mark: long-press it on the grid, tap edit, then tap the bin icon.
- Everything: on Android, go to Settings → Apps → weysail → Storage → Clear storage, or uninstall the app. Either one permanently deletes all your marks and settings.

Subscription records
If you bought :racepro, Google Play and our subscription provider RevenueCat keep a record of the
purchase linked to an anonymous ID. Some of it has to be kept for tax and accounting purposes. To ask us to
delete what can be deleted, email support@weysail.com
with the subject "Delete my data" and your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA., and
you'll find it in your purchase receipt email). We'll confirm within one month.
Deleting data doesn't cancel a subscription. To stop future payments, cancel in Google Play first: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
If weysail adds accounts
If we add optional accounts in future, you'll be able to delete your account and every mark stored with it from inside the app, and we'll explain how on this page. Account data will be deleted within 30 days of the request, apart from anything we're legally required to keep.
